Dr. Michael Pollock

MD, MSc, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Dr. Michael Pollock is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialist completing his residency at McMaster University. He is also completing an additional one-year fellowship in adult chronic pain and interventional pain management.

His clinical interests include ultrasound and x-ray guided minimally invasive interventional treatments to help patients with chronic pain. He specializes in treatments of the spine, joints and peripheral nerves utilizing treatment options such as steroids, viscosupplementation, platelet rich plasma, nerve blocks, as well as radiofrequency ablation and pulsed radiofrequency. His primary focus lies in the treatment of peripheral nerve injuries, and he is currently working towards getting his designation in electromyography and nerve conduction studies.
